If you have a problem not covered by the Lobster FAQ or the Lobster Manual, then please with your serial number (look under About Lobster or in the email you received when purchasing Lobster) and a complete description of your problem and we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note I am a sole developer and thus am not always able to immediately respond to emails, but I will do my best to reply within 24 hours.
